Are you excited about the progress in Bible translation? Do you want others to know about the needs of the Bibleless people in the world? Then join us at JAARS and be part of a team that tells the world about the work of JAARS in supporting Bible translation. The Director of Public Relations is responsible for communicating the vision, mission, and ministry of JAARS effectively so that the Christian community in general and the JAARS constituency in particular become engaged in the ministry of Bible translation. To accomplish this goal, the Director of Public Relations will lead, manage, and participate personally in the general awareness building efforts of JAARS, seeking to generate prayer support, volunteer participation and giving. The Director will provide leadership, strategy, organization, management and follow through.
This position is not salaried.
